SS Rajamouli’s directorial venture “Baahubali:The Beginning” had strong Kannada connection, as Kannada Superstar Kiccha Sudeep played the character of Aslaam Khan, a Persian noble, who challenges Kattapa in the sword fight but later he became his admire. He also said in one scene that he would help to Kattappa in future. His role was small but he was very happy to become the part of this historic and war drama. After ‘Eega’, again he got the opportunity to work with talented director Rajamouli.
Recently in twitter interaction, Sudeep’s fans asked about his role for the second part ”Baahubali 2”, he said,” I doubt if I’m a part of bahubali2….would have heard frm em by now…”
On the other side, currently Rajamouli is busy in the shoot of climax part of Baahubali 2 and the movie has ensemble cast of Rebel star Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka, Tamannah Bhatia and Ramya Krishna. It is set to hit the theaters on 28th April 2017 Worldwide.
